This Web Site is prepared to provide all Fund members including active government employees, terminated vested members, retirees, and survivors with basic information about the Northern Mariana Islands Retirement Fund Program (Fund). This Web Site will attempt to explain the Retirement Law in as much detail as possible. It is not and should not be used as an authority when construing the meaning of legal provisions of the law. Any statement contained in this Web Site that appears ambiguous or contrary to the law, the provisions of applicable laws or rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Trustees will naturally govern.
